Tutoring memberships are supplied by the independently owned Centre Operator named in your Enrolment Confirmation and are governed by the Success Tutoring Membership Terms and Conditions (Australia). Membership prices, fees and fee changes are governed by those terms and your Enrolment Confirmation, not by these website terms. If there is any inconsistency, the Membership Terms apply.
3. Information on this site
We aim to keep information accurate and current. Information about centres, programs, opening dates and offers is general; your Enrolment Confirmation sets out the details that apply to you.
4. Using the site
You must not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, upload harmful code, or collect other people's personal information from it.
